To help get your system up and running smoothly, Remote Monitoring Technologies provides 30 days Remote Assist value-added service for free!
Service and Maintenance agreements and pre-paid blocks of hours per month/quarter/year to be used at customer’s discretion.
Hours 8 am-5 pm, M-F. Same day service (location dependent) if call placed by 10 am; otherwise next business day service. Hour blocks include phone and online remote assist support. If a diagnosis and problem resolution can be delivered remotely; onsite response will not be required.
